Glossybox: The Man Repeller
By now it’s no secret that I love sample clubs. I love trying new products and any service that lets me do that for less money is gold to me. My favorite is Beautyfix because it’s less a sample club than it is a full size product trial club. Now there’s a new club in town called Glossybox.
With Glossybox, you get 5 Travel Size products each month. BUT they are “luxury” products. Department Store brands and high-end beauty only. So this was my first month and this month’s box is called, “The Man Repeller”. And how much do I LOVE that they name their collections? LOVE!

My impression of this service is that I LOVE the products and some of the really high end stuff that I normally wouldn’t try – like the Metier sample – is very much appreciated! I did try that already and I LOVED it. It felt as luxurious as I know it cost! I wasn’t fond of the lipstick color though with Valentine’s Day, I gave it a pass. I am going to enjoy the Fresh product – which looks full size and I ADORE the Mariah sample… though I’m not sure I’m going to use it (I’m so weirded out by the texture).
The service is $21 per month though the more months you buy up front, the better your price per box will be. I’ll definately keep this service because I enjoy the caliber of the brands. And I also like the Glossydot philosophy… you got Glossydots for recommending friends, survey’s and the like. 1000 Glossydots and you get a free box.
