I’m not the girl who’s all for total nakedness. 4 years after having a child and still trying to lose half of the baby weight, well… I’m just not going to drop trough for anyone. But there is a naked that I could so totally be okay with.
When Urban Decay came out with their first eye shadow collection called Naked, I thought it was cute but I didn’t go all gaga for it. It was bronze based and you need talent and know-how to put those colors on, which if you’ve read my blog for any length of time, you KNOW I do not have with shadow.
When the second one came out, I added it to my wish list. Things I want but don’t need. THEN I saw the nail set. OMG! It’s stunning. The colors are so beautiful! They are sparkly and some are just perfectly bare and I can’t WAIT to get a manicure (except on my chewed up cuticles everything looks ragged). I’m so excited to try them over the weekend.
There are 6 colors ranging from a barely there beige-nude to a charcoal sparkly heaven color. All the colors are VERY neutral though (and I do love my neutrals). The set costs $26 at Sephora. And you get 8% of your purchase back if you do it online through Ebates.com… just sayin’.
Ironically enough, I now NEED to the Naked2 kit. NEED.
